1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Legal Filings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (No. 15551234) and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA Reg. 2025008762).

By engaging our services, making payment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Immigration Services

We provide regulated immigration advice and application assistance, including:

Section 3C extension applications
Human Rights (Article 8) claims
Long Residence (Paragraph 276B)
Fee waiver & late EUSS applications

All advice is provided by IAA-regulated advisors. We do not guarantee visa approval — this is determined solely by the Home Office.

3. Fees and Payment

Fixed fees: All prices shown are final, inclusive of VAT, and cover full service delivery.

Payment terms: Full payment is required upfront via secure Stripe checkout.

No hidden charges: Home Office fees (if applicable) are separate and payable directly to UKVI.

4. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you change your mind within 14 days of payment and we have not yet submitted your application, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, or once we begin document preparation/submission, fees become non-refundable due to work already undertaken.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information
• Supply requested documents within agreed timelines
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances
• Respond promptly to our messages

Failure to cooperate may result in termination of service without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for:

• Home Office decisions or processing delays
• Refusals due to client-provided false or incomplete information
• Changes in UK immigration law after instruction

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You become abusive toward our team
• You fail to pay or cooperate
